09/24/2019 Update** I can't say enough good about Mr. McLean and his team!! My SSI hearing went smooth and they won my case for me 09/05/2019. Thank you Mr McLean and Jessica for the fine work your office has done for my SSI and on my last case with you. This is the office that will fight for you and fight hard for you as they proved it again for me. I had Hightower for my attorney, He said to take $3,000 for my work comp hernia injury which required emergency surgery and pain like I've never known. I fired Hightower in front of the opposing attorney and the ins adjuster. Turned around and got Mr McLean and within 3 weeks settled for $35,000. Yep, $35,000. My son Héctor worked for the same company as his Dad and Uncle. He got injured and felt neglected when the company didn’t believe his complaint to be legitimate at the time. Mr. Mclean, was very good lawyer, got me great deal on working comp settlement. Even tho I gave him 5 star, he does have minor flaws, needs to keep his client update with status and progress of the case. I never met him, would have been nice to see him face to face in order to know who he is. Excellent attorney and staff... upon calling for a workers comp employer retaliation case, they did not pressure me to notify employer I had an attorney on case. Mr. Mclean called me himself and told me exactly what he would do... Approximately 4 months later after physical therapy , pain management and an injection he settled my case and even cut me a check for ten percent due to major hardships until my checks came in about 3 weeks later.
